Miss Clio lost her battle with chronic illness. She passed away in her owner’s arms at home on May 9, 2008. "She was a feral kitten living in a colony that was in the process of being TNR'd. She was the only one of the kittens the group was unable to trap. I was able to trap her myself when she was about 6 months old. She was tame about 4 months later and is the most loving and outgoing of all my rescues," writes Clio’s mom. Her strength of character helped her to survive two major intestinal surgeries, and many unpleasant visits to several Veterinarians. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC!!!
Three cheers to Dr. Grant and his fabulous staff at Scaredy Cats! I have been going to Dr. Grant since I moved to the area 5 years ago and even now as I live 30 minutes away will NEVER take Winnie to anyone else. I have extremely high standards regarding customer service and when it comes to my "baby" even higher. Dr. Grant and his staff are truly wonderful, cat loving people and you will NOT be disappointed. The place is absolutely adorable, your kitty will send you an email with his/her picture on it while you're out of town, and they have tv with nature shows for the cats to watch. Dr. Grant charges fair prices for his services, returns emails promptly, and is phenomenal! Trust me, you and your cat(s) will LOVE Scaredy Cats as much as Winnie and I do!
Heavenly Vet
Whether you're looking for a vet or already have a vet, STOP what you're doing & introduce your cats to Dr. Grant. After horrible experiences with each of my cats on separate occasions at Banfield, I decided to change vets. The first person I ask referred me over to Scaredy Cats. I brought my very sick lil' Smoke in & Dr. Grant caught a few things that went undiagnosed for seemingly years. Thanks to Dr. Grant's attentive & scrupulous care (via office visits & late night emails) we had 3 more months to spend in Smoke's company. He gave us that precious borrowed time to which I will always be grateful. Pictures of our Smoke remain on their 'Kitty Wall'. You may think that you have a suitable vet but you're mistaken. Scaredy Cats is where all cats should be cared for. I am eagerly waiting for them to have a kitten up for adoption, as any cat that walks out their door is a happy cat.
